The Divide Within

Documentary Film

The Divide Within follows Tom Farr, an 80-year-old transgender person who—after seven decades of secrecy—risks everything to reveal their authentic self as Telane Jefferies. Motivated by a profound desire to support their 13-year old grandson who is struggling with his own sexual identity and the societal prejudices threatening the LGBTQ+ community.
